About Us

About South Hills Church in Kennewick, WAVisiting a church for the first time can be intimidating. At South Hills we want your time with us to be meaningful and as smooth as possible. We hope you’ll feel at home from the moment you arrive. Volunteer Greeters are available at the doors and at the Connection Center to provide information and assist with directions around the facility.

Children’s Check-In
Our children’s program is designed to make learning about Jesus fun. As you enjoy a worship service designed to bring you closer to God, your children will enjoy an experience geared to their learning level as well. For children from birth through 5th Grade, we have an automated check-in system to ensure that your children are secure and well cared for. Please visit the Children’s Check-in Center at least 15 to 20 minutes before the service starts to allow time to register your children. Grades Kindergarten through five attend the first part of the worship service with their parents, have a brief story time with the pastor, then go with their teachers to their classrooms. Parents pick up their children after the services.

What to Wear…
We want you to feel comfortable when you join us for a worship service. People wear anything from shorts and flip-flops to business professional wear.

Connection Center
We invite you to stop by the Connection Center in the lobby to pick up a Welcome Bag assembled just for you. Our friendly volunteers will be happy to answer any questions you may have.
