This Christmas Eve, take a moment to reflect on the greatest gift of all: Jesus! You're invited to our Christmas Eve candlelight services. We will celebrate the birth of our Lord with worship, scripture, and a message of hope.
Childcare is available for both services for infants to Pre-K.

Commonly Asked Questions

How long is the service?
The service will be about an hour long. 
Will there be childcare or kids' activites?
There will be childcare for infants to Pre-K. For elementary age students, we are excited to have them join us in the service and we will have an activity bag for them.
Is it okay if I come alone?
You will not feel alone we are excited to worship along with you this season.
What actually happens in a Christmas Eve Service?
First we will begin with worship and then a message following the message will be the candlelight service (You will receive a small candle on your way into the service. We will light them all together during the last song.) 
Will I be expected to participate or speak?
We invite you to sing along during worship but it is not required. 
Do I need to be a Christian to attend?
Everyone is invited to join us no matter what you believe or where you are at in your faith journey. 
Is the service family friendly?
Yes! Our children's choir will perform the first song. Kids are always welcome in our services and there will be and activity bag for them on Christmas Eve.
What should I wear?
Here at South Hills we encourage you to come as you are. There is no dress requirement and most people dress casually. You are welcome to dress up as well, however you feel most comfortable. 
Should I come early?
We anticipate a large turnout for our 4:00PM service. It is encouraged to come 15 minutes early if possible. However we will do our best to accommodate everyone regardless of what time they arrive.
